What are credits?
Credits are the universal currency on ZOOOP. Each AI generation — images, videos, or audio — costs a certain number of credits depending on the model used.
How do I use credits?
After purchasing credits, select an AI model on the canvas page and start creating. Credits are automatically deducted based on the model and parameters chosen.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire — use them whenever you like.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are digital goods and non-refundable once purchased. We recommend starting with a small purchase to try things out.
What payment methods are supported?
We process payments through Stripe, supporting major credit and debit cards.
How does cloud storage billing work?
Every user gets 5GB of free cloud storage per month for AI-generated images, videos, and audio. Overage is billed on usage, and unused free quota does not roll over.
