  • User Content: Images, videos, and other creative content you upload or generate through AI.
  • Payment Information: Payment information processed through Stripe. We do not directly store your credit card numbers.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookie data.

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain our services.
  • Process your payments and manage the credit system.
  • Improve our services and user experience.
  • Communicate with you about service updates and changes.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

  • Service Providers: With third parties that help us operate our services (such as Stripe for payment processing, identity providers like Google, Microsoft, or X for sign-in, and AI model providers for content generation).

  • User-generated content is stored in S3-compatible object storage services.

  • Analyze website usage (through Google Analytics).

Self-Serve Account Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account at any time from User Center → Profile → "Danger zone":

  • Cooling-off period: Your account is locked immediately on submission and enters a 7-day cooling-off period; signing back in during this window cancels the request.
  • Permanent deletion: After the cooling-off period elapses, we permanently delete your name, email, avatar, registration IP, referral code, and all uploaded files, canvases, and personal projects. The account email is replaced with an anonymised tombstone identifier.
  • Financial records retention: To comply with tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations, Stripe payment orders and the credit-transaction ledger are retained in anonymised form for 7 years (no longer linked to your identifiable identity).
  • Remaining credits: Submitting deletion forfeits any remaining credit balance; refunds are not available.
  • Team responsibilities: If you own a team with other members or an active subscription, you must transfer ownership or cancel the subscription before deletion can proceed.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred and processed across different countries/regions. We ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on our website with the last updated date.
