In September a two-person performance clip started circulating with new faces dropped into it: cats first, then athletes, politicians, tech founders and, before long, everyone's friends. The format is always the same. Two people, an orange wall, one hanging microphone, and fifteen seconds of perfectly timed swagger. The joke lands because the choreography is so recognisable that whoever is standing there instantly becomes part of it.
This template makes that version for any two people you choose. Upload two photos and the model replaces the person on the left with your first photo and the person on the right with your second. Everything that makes the clip work stays put: the cuts, the camera framing, the hand gestures, the shush, the hand shading the eyes, the lip movements and the song.
Most face-swap versions of the trend force both people into the original dark suits. This one keeps each person in what they are wearing in their photo, so your friend in a yellow hoodie performs in a yellow hoodie. That is why a full-body or half-body photo matters: the model needs to see the outfit to carry it over. A tight headshot still works, but everything below the collar becomes a guess.
The output is a fixed 15-second, 4:3 clip at 2K with sound, the same length and shape as the clip people already know, so it drops straight into a group chat, a story or a reply thread without editing. Pick photos with clear, well-lit faces and only use pictures of people who are happy to star in it.
