An arcade select screen is a very strict piece of design: one fighter lit from behind, two energy bars, a timer, a row of silhouettes you haven't unlocked yet, and a name in type you could read across a room. That rigidity is exactly why it works from a single photo — the layout does the storytelling, so all the picture has to do is make you look dangerous.
Upload a front-facing portrait and you get the whole screen: your face redrawn in heavy ink and airbrushed shading, a low-angle stance with an energy aura, a rooftop training yard at dusk behind you, and CRT scanlines over the lot. Give your fighter a name, or leave the field empty and one gets invented. Everything on screen — the outfit, the stage, the interface — is an original invention; no existing game or character is referenced.
